The location was marvellous by taxi or bus.

The staff were very friendly and more helpful than most. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice. We changed rooms and there was no fuss made about it.

Disappointed that there were no tea/cofffee making facilities - had to buy my own as room service do not make it the way I like. Also, when we arrived, it was hot and stuffy and we would have appreciated air-conditioning.

Well could be mach better.. I did spend 80 euros just for the internet... So just for that I dont think I will be back..!!! I do need the net for my work.. !!!!

The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants and the center of Solingen. There are many dining options nearby, such as Brandy's Eat & Drink, which is only a 5-minute walk away. - the breakfast at the hotel is delicious and offers a variety of meal options.

The breakfast is very good and offer a wide range of food. In general the staffs are polite and take care about young children. We were traveling with a 20year-old child and they provided a bedcot before my arrival.

The maid (room keeping) was nocking the door to clean the room when we were still there. I told her to come back after 13:00, but the room was not made all day long. Next day, on Saturday, she was knocking the door again at 8:30 to clean the room...in my opinion the incorrect service and approach to the guest.

wi-fi is very very expensive, there should be a free spot somewhere, at least just to check e-mail... I would like to have a bottle of water every day/

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, and the staff members were incredibly friendly.
